Tell us what is going on with the tree: dead, leaning, cracked, dropping limbs, damaged in a storm, or simply in the way. Give us the address, roughly how tall it is, and what is near it (the house, a garage, a fence, the alley, a neighbor's yard, wires). If you think it might be an ash or a Bradford pear, say so. A couple of phone photos taken from different sides help us plan the visit.
